We spent the day at Lagoon Frightmares. It was such perfect weather, not hot or cold, just jacket weather. The kids had a blast as always. It was just a warm up for our Halloween trip to Florida. Happy Halloween to all!!!

FLORIDA??? Did you know I was born and raised in FL? Just south of Tampa a ways. So where is it you will be? I know you'll have a great time- ever been there before?

I grew up not too far over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge connecting St. Petersburg and Palmetto. I lived in Bradenton. I was also lucky enough to spend countless hours at Disney World - before all the extra parks were created. As long as you are seeing beaches, parks and hit some of the souvenir shops along with the great places you already have plans to see you can't help but have a great time! One of my old high school friends just contacted me out of the blue and we have been catching up about the good-ole days so my mind and heart are with you! I can see what you are seeing and SMELL the salty air...love it! Safe travels.
